Shipping policy
Twenty & Out apparel and prints are made to order and shipped from our print partner's U.S. facilities.
Where we ship:
We ship within the United States, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.
Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO):
Yes, we ship to you. Enter your address the way the military postal system expects it:
- City: APO, FPO, or DPO
- State: AA, AE, or AP
- ZIP: your assigned military ZIP
Do not select a foreign country. Military mail is domestic mail, so you pay the same domestic rate as everyone stateside.
Military mail moves on its own clock. Plan on 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery, and longer for remote or deployed locations. Tracking usually goes quiet once your package enters the military postal system and picks back up near delivery. That is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
Express is not available to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Choose Standard.
Rates:
Standard shipping is $8.00 per order and Express is $15.00 per order. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more. The rate is charged once per order, not per item, so adding a second shirt costs you nothing extra in shipping. The rate that applies to your order appears at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes:
Two clocks run on every order:
- Production: 2 to 7 business days to print and pack your item.
- Transit: 3 to 5 business days for Standard, 1 to 3 for Express.
Plan on 5 to 12 business days from order to doorstep for Standard to a stateside address. Military addresses run on the longer timeline described above. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages at no extra charge to you.
Tracking:
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email support@twentyout.com with your order number. If you are at an APO, FPO, or DPO address, allow longer before writing in, since military mail tracking gaps are routine.
Addresses:
Check your shipping address before you pay. We can correct an address only before production starts. A package returned as undeliverable is reshipped once you cover the reship cost.
Delays:
Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday volume can add days to transit. We'll tell you what we know if your order runs long.
