Overview:
This store is operated by Twenty & Out, based in Dayton, Ohio. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Read them before you buy.

Who can order:
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing:
Products are printed on demand. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed item because of monitor settings and fabric dye lots. We may change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Accuracy:
We work to keep product information correct, but we don't warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment:
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement under the store name.

Shipping and returns:
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property:
All designs, artwork, text, and images on this store belong to Twenty & Out. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights to the design on it.

Acceptable use:
Don't use this store to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation. We may terminate access for any of these.

Third-party links and services:
The store may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services for payments and fulfillment. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Limitation of liability:
To the extent the law allows, Twenty & Out is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes:
We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one in effect. Continued use of the store means you accept the current version.
